Hey there! Checking in from Vegas. 🙂

Last night’s dinner at Craftsteak was amazing! After eyeing the menu, we were immediately served warm fresh rolls that were out of this world.

I don’t normally reach for the bread basket but these smelled so incredible I couldn’t resist.

The menu changes daily depending on seasonal influence. I ordered a spinach salad with nectarine and black truffle oil.

And the atlantic salmon.

The salmon came served with corn, fennel and pancetta. It was absolutely delicious.

We were beyond stuffed after dinner but managed to make room for a bite-sized complimentary dessert that our waiter served us.

A mix of milk and dark chocolate sprinkled with candied ginger. The perfect end to a perfect meal.

After dinner we headed out on the strip.

A quick champagne toast to the bride-to-be.

Then it was off to an Irish Pub for the rest of the evening. WHere things got a little bit silly…

Stayed out way too late but definitely a fun night. Back soon with an update on the rest of the day. For now, off to dinner at the Hard Rock.
