How’s everyone doing today?
I woke up this morning with only one thing on my mind – pancakes.
So I whipped up a batch of protein pancakes topped with blueberries. I was extra careful when flipping this time and they came out nearly perfect if I may say so myself. 🙂
I’ve got a laundry list of things to do today so I’d better get cracking. On the agenda: head to the gym for a 3-4 mile treadmill run, workout with the trainer, head back home to make more coffee and walk the dogs (yes, I scheduled in coffee – I can already tell it’s going to be a two cup of coffee kind of day), get my hair done, errands and an appointment and then dinner with my friend Melissa. I’m getting tired just thinking about it!
